What happens in
the event of a claim?
We have set standards for claims management
and handling which are:

On
notification of a claim we will confirm cover and assist in the
reporting of the claim to insurers

We
will explain the claims procedure to you and assist in the
preparation and presentation of the claim to insurers

Monitor and “Progress Chase” as appropriate

Negotiate with Insurers and/or loss adjusters with regard to claims
settlement
