You should insure for the cost to replace your contents, fixtures, fittings and tenants improvements on the current new replacement cost.

What is Tenants Improvements?

This is improvements that you have made to the structure of the property where the premises is rented. Examples are flooring, suspended ceilings, decoration. The items will not be insured under the landlords buildings insurance.

Does the policy include Liability Insurance?


Yes. The policy is arranged on a "package" basis and covers Employers, Public & Products Liability.

I am currently with an existing insurance provider.  How quickly can I arrange a new insurance policy?
