- On notification that you need to make a claim, talk you through your policy cover, the procedure with your insurer, what information they may require from you and the anticipated time scale within which the claim is likely to progress
- Help you prepare and present your claim to the insurer
- Where appropriate report the claim to your insurers on your behalf
- Help source and recommend reputable tradesman and suppliers if required
- Be on hand to provide advice and support from notification through to settlement
- Proactively monitor the progress of your claim
- Liaise with loss adjusters and insurers on your behalf
- Always provide access to a Managing Partner of Greenfield Insurance should it be necessary
- Meet with you at your home or business premises if required to progress the claim
- Guarantee that your interest will always be our first priority
