Josh handled the claim for a roof repair and internal ceiling damage - rain had penetrated and damaged the roof felt and batons because roof tiles had slipped and cracked because of high winds, also resulting in internal ceiling damage. Josh collated all the information quickly and communicated the progress clearly and efficiently. His manner was very pleasant and helpful and he was easy to contact. Special thanks go to Christina Mant who was instrumental in piecing things together & kept me updated with developments. Price was slightly higher than I'd have hoped for, hence the 4 stars, but overall, very satisfied. Greenfield Insurance have been fantastic over the Past three years. James and his team go that extra mile to make sure that I get the best possible cover for that individual item. For me, I knew I had found the right insurance broker when I felt I could contact them personally, at any time of day to ask questions or query my policy. James and his team are professional, reliable and explain insurance cover in a way that is digestible. Not only have I found a company that takes such pride in customer satisfaction and explains every last detail, I have found Greenfield staff/James a friend of my business.
